Project Discussion

Step 1: Let’s talk. I promise to listen first and ask questions second—after all, you’re the expert on your business. Fill me in on the project parameters and goals and together we’ll flesh out a strategy, timeline and budget.

Concepting & Sketching

Step 2: Percolation time. I’ll take the project information and let the creative juices flow, concepting design executions that are both aesthetically pleasing and strategically sound.

Design Execution

Step 3: Where the magic happens. As I start designing on the computer, the work takes on a life of its own. Sometimes the result is just like my sketch and sometimes a “happy accident” births an even better solution.

Project Completion

Step 4: Tweaks & Revisions. Review the end result, ask me questions and let me know what changes you’d like to see. This is a collaboration of my vision and your expertise. The result is success for us both, a real win-win.

Image Manipulation

One of my great pleasures is taking an image—or two or three—and joining them together into a seamless whole that looks like it was made in one shot. Whether it is editing out distractions from a single image or merging purchased stock photos because the one perfect shot doesn’t exist, there are many reasons why having a skilled composite artist available to you is essential.

Responsive Turnaround

Nobody likes surprises, so at the start of a project, I’ll let you know when I expect to have the first layout to you and stick to that timeline.

Going Above and Beyond

Life is better when we have each other’s best interest at heart. That extends to the end of a project, making sure the files I send to the printer are clean. Why should you care? It ensures there are no missed deadlines or cost overruns due to redoing artwork, and fosters their desire to squeeze in our project in a pinch. We all know people that do things half-…uh, half-hearted. That’s just not my style. Do it right and do it well.
